      • Corrective Action(s): As a precaution, until bolt has been replaced on the upper rinse off spray arm soak all utensils in the sanitizing sink after going through the dishwasher then air dry as discussed.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Upon inspection savoury pastries did not have shelf life sticker affixed. Manager removed them for disposal at time of inspection. This is a repeat violation noted previously in my inspection report on April 28.
      • Corrective Action(s): Savoury products must be labelled with their shelf life stickers as per Tim Hortons's corporate Food Safety Plan. Failure to adhere to the food safety plan will result in the revocation of the ambient temperature hold time.

Plumber arrived on site about 15 minutes after my arrival and reset the hot water tank. Manager was given permission to reopen once the hot water had recovered.
