However it will not seal properly unless pressure is physically placed on the stopper or else it will not hold water.
- Dust build up observed on both compressors in the sandwich coolers. Dust build up was removed at time of inspection.
- Corrective Action(s): Replace o-ring in midde sink and repair closing mechanism on the sanitizing sink. Both sink must be capable of holding water when the stoppers are in the closed position.

All PHF's were immediately discarded. Temperature gauge of both coolers were lowered. New PHF's were placed inside both coolers once thermometers revealed temperatures were reading below 4c. District manager will remain on site to verfiy both units continue to properly cold hold. Technician was called and will be on site shortly to ensure the coolers are in good working order
