      • 1. Scoops for bulk items such as flour were not put back in their holders and were left sitting in flour.The were removed to be cleaned. 2. A dish/pan was being used as scoop for the flour coating and was left in the flour. A pan can be used if it is used once and then placed in the dishwasher. The pan was removed.
