    • 301 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): -No sanitizer detected from bucket for wiping rags at time of visit.
      • - For dining table: no sanitizer just cleaner being used
      • Corrective Action(s): -Proper sanitizer ( ie: bleach solution 100 ppm) is required for sanitizing surfaces at all time , and wiping rags to be stored in the solution.
      • -Dining table also must be sanitized after cleaning with same sanitizer as in kitchen (ie: bleach solution 100 ppm)
      • Showed the staff how to make 100 ppm solution ( 1 table spoon in 1 gallon of water or 1/2 TBS in 1/2 gallon water)
      • Violation Score: 5
    • 305 - Conditions observed that may allow entrance/harbouring/breeding of pests [s. 26(b),(c)]
      • Observation: Noted boxes of foods ( mixed coffee powder etc) stored directly on floor
      • Corrective Action(s): - All items to be stored on shelving with min 6 " clearance to aid cleaning and monitoring for pest activity.
      • Violation Score: 3
      • 502 - In operator’s absence, no staff on duty has FOODSAFE Level 1 or equivalent [s. 10(2)]
      • Observation: No staff with FS training on duty at time of visit.
      • Corrective Action(s): At least one person with FS Training must be on duty at all time.
      • Register staff for FS tanning to have enough FS Trained staff
      • Staff called manager with FS training to come
      • Violation ticket ($230)
