I am writing to formally bring to your attention a disappointing customer service experience I encountered at your Kamloops location at 1120 Rogers Way, Kamloops, BC V1S 1N5. Upon entering the store, I inquired with the staff member on duty whether a pizza could be prepared for me. He confirmed that he could and proceeded to begin the process. However, shortly thereafter, he received an online order notification and explicitly informed me that online orders are his first priority — effectively deprioritizing me as an in-person customer who was already being served. What made this particularly frustrating was the operational reality of the situation: the pizza only required being placed in the oven, after which it would cook unattended. There was no conflict between fulfilling my order and managing the online order simultaneously. The decision to abandon my order mid-process was not one of necessity — it was one of attitude. When a customer is told "yes, I can help you" and then told moments later that they are not the priority, it reflects poorly on the brand and leaves a lasting negative impression. 7-Eleven has built its reputation on convenience and accessibility, and this experience stood in direct contrast to those values. I would appreciate acknowledgment of this feedback and ask that it be communicated to the relevant store management for review.

Fill up my car and bought a car wash, went thru the car wash and it stopped before it rinsed the soap off, went back in, got a rewash, did the same thing. Called the store and had the clerk come out and told him I just wanted the soap rinsed off which it barely did and had to go to another car wash and had to pay another $12 to get my car properly washed! Won’t use your car wash again, waste of money

Worst 7-11 you’ll ever encounter. The Lady who was working wasn’t even around for the first 5 minutes of me waiting at the counter, She then made me look for the price of the chocolate bar because she didn’t know how to scan it. Then I said I want two Jalapeno cream cheese taquitos ( There was Two left) she then gave me two monterey jack chicken taquitos. The worst customer service you’ll ever have.

Staff is a joke. Never been able to scan and use ESSO gift cards here. Esso on Columbia is 100 times better

Was treated really bad with apparently the store manager. Named ramandeep. These people dont know how to treat anyone. Said he has it under control with his manager and i can not do anything to raise a complaint against this behaviour. Not acceptable. People should treat everyone equally and nicely. He was treating his employees as garbage. where is this world going. This store used to be really nice 2 years ago. Absolutely terrible experience at this gas station! The manager has no clue how to treat customers. Rude and disrespectful, they clearly don't value their patrons. Avoid at all cost. The manager is a total nightmare. Instead of helping customers, they seem to enjoy making everyone's experience miserable. Don't subject yourself to such a disrespectful atmosphere! Save yourself the frustration and skip this gas station. The manager here has a talent for treating customers like they're inconveniencing them. Horrible customer service and a complete lack of respect."

We are having a long trip from SK to BC, settle down near the Inn beside. I need some food and drink for a night, so I come. I was looking for a bottle of milk, and I can’t find it. I have asked someone who works in here, she is very nice and guide me to get it. Milk is set near Tim side where individual for a fridge. Great and nice attitude to customers who come to visit, which surprised me.

Worst store I have been to. The employee - Brennon refused to sell me smokes even when I had my id on me. I asked my friend if he would like a different brand and she said i was selling it to a third party. I even showed my phone and told her i could call my friend who was just sitting in the car right outside and he has his ID too. Please let your employees know the rules and regulations with regards to selling tobacco. Would understand if she was a new employee but the kind of attitude she threw was hilarious. Do you guys even want to make money ? Or you are just going to let your employees treat customer however they want and want the customer to give their business to the petrol canada right across?

Gas station part is great. Convenience store has a huge markup compared to others in the area. Tobacco easily 15% more expensive than others. $45 vs $38 elsewhere. Wasn’t going to leave review but still ticked off about the upcharges.

Spent $150 in gas and went in to ask for loonies. Rude clerk informs that they don’t have any. Went across the street to the Petro-Can where the very polite clerk happily exchanged our $5 bill for loonies without a purchase. Guess where we’ll be getting our gas for the rest of our stay.

Showed up around 1am, no tiquitos. So disappointed. The staff was really nice though.
