Accent Chocolate Factory

The chocolate was okay, very expensive. It might have been the batch I got, but they had a bit of a weird flavour. The staff were super helpful, and I liked the different chocolates and chocolate box displays they had.

We visited Penticton recently and stopped in at this shop on a downtown walk. They had a great selection and unbelievably delicious chocolates that were almost like a whole dessert by themselves. We got a variety of kinds to try and treated ourselves slowly over the weekend. Each kind was just as good or better than the other. Amazing. The mango was our favourite. The lady that helped us was very kind and helpful. We’d almost drive to Penticton again just for more of their chocolate. Thanks!!

We have been enjoying their excellent chocolate ganache collections that they sell in Big White and my in -laws just bought me another delightful collection from their Penticton main store to indulge myself over the winter break. I am so blessed. These are the best chocolate I ever tasted.

One of the best mochas I’ve had, the chocolate whip cream was like chocolate mousse!Purchased a few unique chocolates to savour. Exceptional customer service. Highly recommend. Just don’t let your chocolates melt in the Okanagan heat!

Honestly the best chocolate you can get in Canada. 90% of my diet is sweets and candy so trust me when I say this is where you wanna eat. Made in house and yiu can really taste that they care. I'll always buy my wife chocolates from here no matter where we live... 10 out of 5 stars.

It is open again… and the chocolate I had, was fantastic! I only had one… dark chocolate with a creamy rum filling. Oh my!!!

This place is by far THE BEST chocolate I have ever eaten in my life, and nobody has eaten more chocolate than I have in the last 42 years. Without a doubt. You simply cannot get chocolate any better than this. Beats Ghirardelli by a mile, blows Lindt outta the water, Cadbury and Nestle are jokes next to these AAAA sweets. Accent is THE best you will ever have. I promise you.
