      • Observation(s): - les bandes d'essai de chlore pour lave-vaisselle étaient anciennes - les bandes d'essai H2O2 disponibles Le désinfectant de surface BUT était QUATS (pas de papier d'essai pour QUATS) Il a été porté à l'attention du GM que la feuille de route contenait 500 ppm pour le désinfectant de surface enregistré, mais ils n'avaient pas de papier d'essai et QUATS testait à moins de 200ppm.
      • F2.1A Des bandes d'essai d'assainissement doivent être disponibles pour chaque désinfectant chimique utilisé dans les locaux.
      • F2.1B Un thermomètre précis à 1 °C doit être disponible pour surveiller les processus.

      • Observation(s): - refroidisseur de prép ligne utilisé pour l'entreposage à sec intérieur impur et couture dans une table pleine de débris alimentaires - les planchers sous l'équipement nécessitent une canopée d'échappement profondément propre pour le nettoyage de ce mois et l'inspection d'incendie prévue le mois prochain - encombrement sur une étagère sous trancheuse de viande - les filtres d'échappement ne semblent pas être nettoyés régulièrement (mensuellement ou au besoin) - les étagères de refroidisseurs à l'italienne doivent être nettoyées. Veuillez nettoyer régulièrement les murs, le plafond et les étagères (quartier ou au besoin)

      • Observation(s): Les oeufs en groupe et les garnitures de légumes coupés ne sont pas entreposés dans un réglage à température contrôlée sur la ligne. En raison de la forte rotation des produits, le risque est faible, mais les produits sont mieux placés dans un bain de glace. Ce point a été examiné avec le cuisinier sur place pour une mise en oeuvre future. Les oeufs sont pré-poolés la veille dans plusieurs seaux et maintenus au réfrigérateur. J'inclus également les lignes directrices provinciales sur la mise en commun sécuritaire des oeufs pour votre considération.

      • Observation(s): 1. Les contenants d'entreposage des aliments sont entreposés par la grille d'une manière ouverte. Comme nous l'avons mentionné, veuillez conserver tous les contenants alimentaires, qui sont des surfaces de contact avec les aliments, d'une manière qui soit protégée de la contamination. 2. Les couteaux de coupe sont amenés entre les fissures dans la table de préparation. Le personnel a indiqué que la barre magnétique s'affaiblit et ne tient pas ces couteaux solidement. Les couteaux doivent être lavés avant utilisation. Veuillez acheter une nouvelle barre magnétique pour le rangement approprié des couteaux.

      • Observation(s): On a noté qu'un couvercle lumineux résistant aux éclats pour le capot de ventilation (côté droit) était à moitié rempli d'eau. Le personnel d'entretien a indiqué qu'il s'agit d'humidité qui recueille et coule dans les points bas du haut de la ventilation quand il neige, mais il ne semble plus le faire. Les disjoncteurs ont été éteints pour tous les luminaires et les deux ampoules du côté droit du capot ont été retirées. Veuillez surveiller toute goutte d'eau et adresse supplémentaires au besoin.
    • 15.2 - Les aliments potentiellement dangereux sont-ils entreposés ou affichés à 4°C ou plus froids ou à 60°C ou plus chauds?
      • Observation(s) : Les crèmes laitières au café sont marquées comme « garder réfrigérées ». Veuillez vous assurer que le récipient réfrigéré est utilisé lorsque des crèmes sont exposées.

    We stayed at Bestwestern Plus Revelstoke for a night in May. The hotel looks new, probably less than 2 years old. Check in staff were friendly and efficient. Free coffee was available in the lobby, although the coffee was instant Nescafe and not brewed. The room was average in size, newly furnished, with a clean, modern look, and came with a fridge, coffeemaker, microwave, and 2 comfortable Queen beds. Free complementary hot and cold breakfast was served from 7am to 10am in the lobby. Breakfast included bread, cereals with milk, fruits (apples, oranges and bananas), sausage and eggs, cooked oats (with cranberry, walnuts and granola toppings), and make your own waffles. Maybe the motel is new, the use of laundry (2 washers and 2 dryers) is free. There’s a liquor and convenience store adjoining the hotel open from 7am to 11pm, which sells mostly alcohol. If you’re staying in a room with east-facing window, do close the blackout curtains (outermost layer next to glass pane) as the glaring morning sun can wake you up.

    Overall, the hotel stay was good, and the room and services were good.. there is one area of improvement for all Best Western. They only offer body wash soap instead of shower gel. This is strange as shower gel is very common in all other hotels that I stayed in.

    We stayed here twice on our most recent road trip to Banff. We found all staff to be professional, personable, friendly and genuinely caring on both occasions. Rooms were spacious (request mountain view!) with very comfortable beds. Hot breakfast every morning, with different selections daily. Breakfast servers Ellen and Lina went out of their way to make breakfast dining a pleasant experience.

    This property has been well kept through the years and maintains a high quality standard for accommodations in Revelstoke. The amenities are fantastic, there is ample parking, and the staff are fantastic. There is also transportation available to downtown Revelstoke. I’d like to give a special shout out to Gurveer at the front desk, who recognized me from my stay 10 months earlier. Customer service like Gurveer’s goes a long way for frequent travellers like myself. I highly recommend this property for your Revelstoke trip!

    Great spot! The room was quiet. For a free breakfast, the options taste really good. Most hotels microwave their "hot" entree options, but this hotel is actually cooking things like eggs on-site, and you can taste the difference. Beautiful hot tub area with mountain views. Shuttle bus to Revelstoke ski area stops directly in front of the hotel, and the hotel provides free shuttle vouchers at front desk. We took the shuttle bus from Kelowna airport so we did not need a car rental for our ski vacation. Free shuttle bus to take you 1 KM into the downtown area for great food starting at 5:45 PM.

    Incredible experience specially for the price! I stopped by at the end of march, so it was quiet and peaceful… rooms were impeccable with an amazing view of the mountains, they had hot tubs with views and a full buffet breakfast included ! I really don’t tend to leave reviews but this one was well deserved! an amazing stay

    Very nice hotel, clean and modern. Great breakfast selection. Front desk staff is very friendly and attentive, check in was easy. Nothing bad to say! Would definitely recommend over and above most other hotels in the surrounding area that look outdated and somewhat run down.

    I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. I requested an extra bed late at night, and the staff personally brought it to my room right away. I also asked for extra pillows and blankets, and they were delivered promptly. The staff went above and beyond, even offering local tips and recommendations for things to do in Revelstoke—which made our trip even better. The hotel also provides a free shuttle service around town, which was very convenient. The complimentary breakfast had plenty of variety and was delicious. We also enjoyed the outdoor hot tub and pool—such a great way to relax! There were a few insects in the pool due to it being outdoors, but it didn’t take away from the experience. Overall, it was a fantastic stay with excellent service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!
