- Knives were removed and sanitized. All tools and equipment must be constructed and stored to keep them clean when not is use.

- Comments Routine inspection conducted today. Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towel. Quat sanitizer at 200 ppm corrected. High temperature dishwasher at 74.6°C at plate level. Fridge temperatures at =4°C. Freezers at =-18°C. Temperature logs on-site. Continue to monitor and log daily. No signs of pest activity noted.
