- Comments Follow up inspection conducted today. Use ice wands for cooling pots of curry. Hand sink has been repaired and supplies hot and cold water, soap and paper towel. All staff were reminded to routinely wash hands when food handling. Ensure additional space is provided to access the hand sink by moving the dough mixer forward. All food within the walk in cooler was covered. Rice cooker/hot holder has been replaced. Temperature recorded at greater than 60°C. Exposed wood around the tandoor prep area has been removed. Exhaust filter was cleaned. Commonly touched surfaces were thoroughly cleaned and improvement are noted around the tandoor station.
