    Helpful staff. Great products. This is the way shopping should be. I have tried multiple different cleaning supplies and shampoo and conditioner I look forward to purchasing more. Nice thing is you can buy as much or as little as you like so if you just want to try something then just buy a small amount. I also appreciate that if I forget my container they have extras!

    Discovered this wonderful refill store downtown Penticton. They have many popular brands such as Mint Cleaning Products for example. I will be a regular here! I love that I can bring my own containers and keep refilling them. Great service as well.

    First time visiting and I had such a great experience. The store is in a super convenient location—right on Main Street, next to Without a Doubt Day Spa, with easy access and parking. I came in looking for something similar to Saje’s Eater’s Digest roll-on. While they didn’t have the exact essential oils, the associate took the time to research and created a custom blend for me using frankincense and peppermint. It may not work exactly the same, but I’ll definitely be back because of the care and genuine service I received. Highly recommend!

    MUST GO! This is an amazing little shop with an impressive variety of lotions, cleaning products and other fun environmentally conscious stuff. The woman who runs this is also very lovely, she opened the store even though it was closed because I had called just to see if Google was correct and she happened to be there doing inventory so she said come on by! She was patient with all my questions and is impressively knowledgeable about every single product in there. You’re free to try things, sniff the different scents and (this is simple but oh so helpful!) there are a bunch of containers already there that are free, clean recycled bottles so you don’t have to shell out ridiculous amounts of money for the silly glass containers (note these are actually also for sale and I get it, they are pretty, just not practical when you have crazy toddlers running around breaking things)
