      • Corrective Action(s): (1) Repair hot holding well. Continued non-compliance may lead to further enforcement.

      • - Egg roll dipping sauce (with chopped garlic): 23.7C
      • - Soaking container of cut/peeled potatoes: 32C
      • - Soaking container of peeled carrots: 31C
      • Corrective Action(s): Items were discarded during inspection. Do not store these items at room temperature. Store these items in the cooler at 4C or use up within 2 hours.
