      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Operator stated that there was a power outage at the facility yesterday. Eggs, milk, and creamer were stored in walk-in cooler. Duration of the power outage was unknown, operator stated that power may have been out for over 8 hours. Operator stated taht the temperature of the walk in cooler was >4C when checked in the morning. During the inspection the walk-in cooler temperature was 4C.
      • Corrective Action(s): Operator discarded all potentially hazardous food stored in walk-in cooler as length of time of food out of remperature control could not be determined. 45 cartons of eggs, 8 creamer, and 2 jugs of milk were discarded.
