    The staff are absolutely phenomenal, the owner is so kind and you can tell really cares about his business, he takes extra care with each order, and the employees are always so nice and they really make you feel like its a happy place to be! The food is always fresh and hot, and they have yet to get my order wrong! Which is a rare find! It's always clean and tidy inside, and the service through the drive thru is always great! They have staff who care about their job and take pride in it, its truly the best fast food place to order from in town! :)

    Foods always decent but there is ALWAYS issues here. Something always goes wrong. They can never understand you through the drive thru mics, so they get the order wrong and have to be corrected a LOT. As well, you'll never get your food in the drive thru. They make every single car park up front to fudge their drive thru times. I wouldn't recommend going here unless you REALLY want the food itself.

    My family and I came through the drive-through yesterday and had a pretty big order as there’s six of us. Lori was working the drive-through and we had just the best experience with her. She was so pleasant and kind using warm words and understanding how difficult it was for us to get the order for everybody. She’s so kindly asked us to park and brought us our food so quickly, and with such a big smile on her face that it just made all of our day We highly recommend Burger King myself being a red seal chef I appreciate how clean it is how organized it is and their level of care. Lori deserves recognition for how awesome she is and I hope she gets to see this. Thanks again. Burger King for an awesome experience great food, and incredible employees. Thank you Lori just for being you.

    Got my order wrong in the drive through... have tried calling 5 times now, no one will answer the phone. I ordered onions rings, got fries. They even asked me what sauce I want for my onions and got the sauce.... but alas no onion rings.

    It was mid-afternoon on a Monday so it was a slow time. I must say I really enjoy BK burgers, this one was one of THE best whoppers I have ever had, everything was fresh and crisp, the burger was hot and I waited a few minutes so I know it was all fresh. I will be back.

    I went through drive through and ordered three burgers- very clearly I said NO MUSTARD AND NO TOMATO AND CRISPY BACON. The girl failed to put crispy bacon on the order screen so I said it over and over even at the window. The other burger was no jalapeños. Upon getting home- my burger was had so much mustard on it; it literally burned my mouth. I started getting sick. I could not eat it and double checked my receipt to be sure the cashier stated it and yes it states it, my bacon was RAW, barely flipped if at all. I could not eat any of my food as now I was reacting to so much mustard. Second burger had jalapeños on it, we had to pick them off. The third burger was ok. I have had to take allergy meds to calm my system from so much mustard.

    When you place an order on their app for EAT IN, why is your order served in a bag taped shut? I clearly reads EAT IN on the order ticket. The reason from the lady that served my order is that online/app orders are treated as a delivery order... lol a lame excuse for making an incorrect assumption Service 1/5 Food is still a solid 4/5

    As a family we come to Burger King a lot. However, there never seems to be kids toys. Since October, there have been over 10 times we have been told "sorry, the toys didn't come!" I can understand this sometimes, but it's becoming a predictable pattern and it's very frustrating.
