      • 2. Butter and corn in storage not covered.
      • Corrective Actions:
      • 1. Biofilm contains pathogens that can potentially contaminate ice and cause illness. All ice in contact with biofilm were discarded and ice machine cleaned and sanitized.
      • 2. Foods need to be covered at all times to prevent potential contamination. The aforementioned food items were covered by staff.
