      • Corrective Action(s): Vinegar is not a sanitizer to be used for food contact surfaces. An approved sanitizer must be used in the facility. Operator has bleach available on site. EHO provided education on the process of making a bleach sanitizer solution measured at >100ppm. Operator must use bleach to clean all food contact surfaces

      • Corrective Action(s): 1. Please use sanitizer for all food prep areas after cleaning. Instructed operator to use bleach 1 tablespoon in buck of water, 200ppm.
      • 2. Please clean, scrub off grime and sanitize routinely. Boards that cannot be cleaned should be replaced. Recommend to look into alternate type boards - Date to be corrected by: November 2021
