     • High temperature dishwasher is not working. Operator informed technician has come in to service the dishwasher but it was decided to replace the dishwasher entirely.
     • Corrective Action(s):
     • Repair or replace the high temperature dishwasher. Contact the Health Inspector once the dishwasher has been repaired or replaced. To be corrected by July 31, 2024. In the meantime, continue using the dishwasher located in Chrysalis 22.
