      • Observation: A small amount of rodent droppings were present on the floor near the refrigeration unit in the kitchen and floor behind the water dispenser.
      • Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the above-noted area to remove the rodent droppings; Correct today. Continue with monitoring for signs of pest activity and pest control measures: sealing any potential entry points, re-servicing traps, regular cleaning, and storing dry food in pest proof containers with tight fitting lids.

      • Observation: Rodent droppings were observed in an empty cabinet in the kitchen and on the floor near a shelving unit in the second storage room.
      • Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the above-noted areas to remove the rodent droppings. Monitor for signs of pest activity and continue with pest control measures:
      • -Pest control program to re-service traps.
      • -Sealing any potential entry points.
      • -Continuing with regular cleaning to prevent potential food/water sources for pests
      • -Preventing any potential harborage areas.

      • Corrective Action(s): Repair or re-service the dishwasher to ensure it dispenses at least 50 ppm chlorine sanitizer at the plate level to destroy any potential harmful viruses or bacteria; Correct as soon as possible within 2 weeks. Snacks are provided to children in two classes Tuesday to Friday twice per day (morning and afternoon time) according to the Coordinator.
