      • Corrective Action(s): All foods must be from approved sources. Thirteen packages of Ethiopian bread were removed from the facility for disposal. Two packs of "Hand Made Manti" were placed on HOLD. Public Health Act Correction Order was issued for the holding on the "Hand Made Manti" from an unknown source.
