     • Observation: Dead mice found on traps behind the fridge and beside (far side) of the freezer. Rodent droppings noted behind various overstock and equipment kept on the floor
     • Corrective Action(s): -Conduct a deep clean of the servery by pulling back equipment and putting away items that are no longer required
     • -Install additional shelving to keep items off of the floor
     • -Install a door sweep to limit pest entry into the servery
     • -Have pest control service the unit to remove the dead mice and reset the traps
