- Observation: Mouse droppings observed on the premises, including but not limited to the following areas:
- - Floor in the bottled beverage storage area, particularly to the left of and behind the upright beverage cooler.
- - Shelving located to the left of the upright beverage cooler.
- - Few areas that are hard to reach where the floor meets the wall, including behind/under equipment.
- Some packages of single use utensils/equipment that were exposed (packaging was not sealed, not stored in pest proof bins) were discarded.
- Corrective Action(s): Ensure all of the above-noted areas are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. A solution of 1 part bleach to 9 parts water is recommended. Date to be corrected by: November 7, 2024. Have premises re-serviced by pest control on or before November 19, 2024. Continue to monitor for new pest activity daily and clean/disinfect affected areas. Frequency of pest control visits may need to be increased as necessary to manage issue.
