      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Condensed milk bread and Garlic cream bread must be stored in the fridge, not in room temperature display cases. These products have fillings or have a high moisture content on the inside that would allow pathogens to grow and can make people sick.
      • Corrective Action(s): Discard current products, make fresh ones and display in the display fridges

      • Corrective Action(s): Staff need to be reminded that hand washing is one of the most important food safety measures. Ensure staff are washing their hands and changing their gloves regularly. Gloves are not a substitute for hand washing.

      • Observation: Written food handling procedures were not available for potentially hazardous baked goods being stored at room temperature. Time temperature tracking of these items was not being logged. Staff stated that foods were being discarded at 4 hours.
      • Corrective Action(s): Food safety plan required to be written and submitted for all potentially hazardous baked goods being stored at room temperature. This includes but is not limited to pizza buns, cheese garlic buns, salad buns, hot dogs.... All potentially hazardous foods stored at room temperature are to be discarded at 4 hours unless evidence provided to support a longer time period. Operator to use packaged time on label. To be corrected immediately.

      • Corrective Action(s): Reorganize coolers and shelves. Remove items not need from premises. If necessary, reduce menu. Thoroughly clean and maintain premises. Move container of sugar away from dirty dish area.
