      • Until dishwasher is resolved, dishware can be cleaned in dishwasher as normal. Following dishwashing cycle all dishware and food utensils must be sanitized in the sinks using 100 ppm chlorine for 2 minutes ( 1tsp bleach per 1 litre water). After sanitizing step allow dishware to air dry.
