      • Toys in disrepair (bite marks) were discarded.Recommend that toys that are difficult to clean and sanitize (such as foam, paper/cardboard) are removed from the facility.

      • Bed sheets are touching other bed sheets and cots. Bed sheets must be stored in a way where they are not touching another child's cot or bed sheets.

      • Facility is not maintained in a clean and sanitary condition including floors, walls, shelving, equipment, fabric covers. Facility needs to be deep cleaned and decluttered of items that are not needed or used.

      • Hot water was at ~54C at all sinks accessible to children. Recommend purchasing and installing mixing valves and setting the temperature to ~43C.

      • 1. Children's backpacks are being stored on a shelf without physical separation. Ensure children's belongings are stored in their cubbies.2. Some children's water bottles were not labeled.

      • Facility is not maintained in a clean and sanitary condition including floors, walls, shelving, equipment, fabric covers, inside of microwaves, inside fridge. Facility needs to be deep cleaned and decluttered of items that are not needed or used.

      • Preschool room: disinfectant was not available. Ensure each room has a disinfectant. Corrected onsite.Some disinfectant spray bottles are not working (nozzle isn't spraying). Replace with new spray bottles.

      • Mouse droppings noted throughout the facility. Any droppings must be cleaned upon daily walk through of your facility and actions and location noted in your pest control log. Hire a pest control company and ensure the rodents are not only baited but the facility is examined inside and out to deal with any ports of entry. Keep records and be ready to provide records.

Also declutter items at the same time.
