      • The inside and perimeter of the fridge and all the fridges in the facility were dirty. Crumbs/debris in drawers Clean all fridges inside and out. Discard food that is expired or not part of the menu. Cleaning each fridge needs to be part of routine maintenance and on the kitchen /room cleaning log(s).

      • There was an extensive amount of rodent droppings within the kitchen: in cupboards, on floor, between appliancesHire a pest control expert and follow all directions to not only bait the rodents but to examine the facility and close up and ports of entry into the building. Provide monthly reports to this office for the time being.

    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • Debris( food, dirt) in drawers, cupboards, between appliances, along floors, edges, and all high touch surfaces. Thick grime along floor to wall and floor to cabinet edges. Deep clean all areas in the kitchen so that the areas are then easy to upkeep and maintain for a long term sanitary and pest free environment

      • Cleaning cloths re usage and rags in the kitchen. Sponges also noted. Paper towel only in the kitchen for surfaces and hands. No sponges in kitchen, plastic bristle brushes that are washable only for scrubbing. Dirty cupboards, floorsDeep clean the kitchen from top to bottom and maintain.

      • Hand sink was filled with dirty dishes and not stocked with soap and paper towel.The hand sink is designate for handwashing only

      • Extensive amount of mouse droppings (and grime) within cupboards, floor, between and under appliances. The kitchen needs an extensive clean up and disinfection of all surfaces. Pull out appliance and clean. Fix and fill any ports of entry the rodents may be using to access the space. There was a mouse bait box on the counter.Owner removed during inspection.
