      • The BBQ sauce holder has a build up preset. Action shall be taken to clean this area.

      • The Vegetable tray at the assembly station have old sticky adhesive that has not been clean off. Enhanced cleaning of the trays is required, as the trays will not be easily clean due to the sticky residue.

      • A wiping cloth is present in the handsink by the coffee station. The hand sinks shall be kept readily available for use. Cloths and other containers shall be stored in hand sinks. The cloth shall be removed.

      • 1)The fridge by the coffee station has spilled cream that has harden present. Action shall be taken to clean and sanitize this area. Spilled foods shall be cleaned up in a timely manner.2) Water is present behind the ice maker. Action shall be taken to ensure spilled foods/water is cleaned in a timely manner. If the ice machine is leaking, action shall be taken to repair the leak.
