      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): There is no sanitizer present in the Multipurpose Kitchen and the Multipurpose Room #1 & #2 Kitchen, to sanitize dishware. Sanitizer kills germs on dishware, once the dishes have been washed with soap.
      • Corrective Action(s): Immediately place sanitizer which is safe for food contact surfaces (read manufacture's labels), in these kitchens, to ensure staff can sanitizer dishware.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The Multipurpose Kitchen had no paper towels adjacent to the hand washing sinks. Staff are unable to wash and dry their hands correctly. Staff found paper towel dispensers in boxes, but not installed by the sinks.
      • Corrective Action(s): Immediately install and fill the paper towel dispensers at each hand washing sink, so proper hand washing can occur before and during food processing.
