- Observation: Several older mouse droppings found in cabinet under front hand washing station as well as around the hot water tank and under staff jackets.
- Corrective Action(s): Do a deep clean of premise, removing all mouse droppings and bleach areas where dropping were found with a 1 part bleach to 9 parts water solution. Due: November 29, 2024
