    • 205 - Cold potentially hazardous food stored/displayed above 4 °C. [s. 14(2)]
      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The mini cooler sitting ontop of the counter reached a min temperature of 7.8C. Dial for the cooler was turned down lower. EHO asked operator to turn up the dial, temperature able to reach <4C. Potentially hazardous food such as milk and cream stored in the cooler along with opened cans of dipping sauce
      • Corrective Action(s): Discard all potentially hazardous food and opened sauces. Operator discarded all potentially hazardous food.

      • 401 - Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handwash station at the coffee station in the main hall lack soap and paper towel.
      • Corrective Action(s): All hand wash stations must be fully supplied with hot/cold water, soap and paper towel. Operator placed paper towel and soap at the station.

    • 302 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Low temperature dishwasher tested at 0ppm for chlorine
      • Corrective Action(s): In the mean time all dishes are to be washed using manual warewashing in the 2 compartment sink. Check the concentration of chlorine prior to using the dishwasher to ensure a correct concentration of 100ppm is obtained. A log should be used to record this monitoring process.

    • 308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)]
      • Observation: Chemical dishwasher dispensing 0ppm of chlorine. Chemical bucket with tubing to the dishwasher exposed to air. Solution inside the chemical bucket is clear color (chemical evaporation). Exchanged chemical bucket with new solution (bright yellow). Ran a few cycles and observed tubing has no chemical solution passing into the unit.
      • Corrective Action(s): Repair the dishwasher to ensure a concentration of 100ppm of chlorine can be obtained. Since dishwasher is not being used on a daily basis, cover the opening of the chemical bucket to ensure no chemical evaporation occurs.
