- - Operator primed the sanitizer line and 50ppm chlorine detected during the final rinse cycle. Reminder after changing the sanitizer pail to prime the sanitizer line, run a cycle then test the chlorine concentration using test strips.

- Corrective Action(s): (1) Ice scoop removed and stored outside the machine a sanitary manner during inspection.
- (2) Solution drained during the inspection. Discussion with operator to not use laundry detergent to soak dishes as it is not a chemical intended to be used on food contact surfaces. Use dish detergent to soak dishes prior to placing into the dishwasher.
