- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): At the time of inspection high temperature dishwasher final rinse temperature ~55 degrees C.
- Corrective Action(s): Dishes, cooking utensils and cooking equipment are to be washed, rinsed, and sanitized to at or above 71 degrees C in the high temperature dishwasher. In the interim, 2 compartments sink to be used to wash, rinse, and sanitize all dishes, cooking utensils, and cooking food equipment in 100ppm bleach for 2 minutes. Note: premise operates as take out and single use only.

- Corrective Action(s): Stainless steel table moved allowing staff access to the hand wash station. Ensure this hand wash station is clear of obstructions and available for use at all times. Note: operator to replace large stainless steel table with a smaller one.
