DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE FOR DELIVERY!!! Multiple times I have ordered from this location, and multiple times I have NEVER gotten what I ordered or even gotten good customer service over phone, in person, or on app. I have refrained from giving a review but after this latest blunder - and that term is being generous - I hold my tongue no longer. Tonight I ordered over $70 worth of snacks, and beverages. What i received was not even a FRACTION of that. Linked are two images, one of my receipts showing proof of this, the other showing what I actually got. This is unacceptable, and frankly this is the last time I ever go to this place. Only reason I will ever stop at this location is for the ATM as it is the only Scotia location in Lake Country. Lale Country 7/11, you need to seriously reevaluate your employees, most times they are just talking on the phone while customers are in store.

This place has a few staff who have been there for a long time and they are hard works and nice. But so many of the newer staff are not ever in a good mood and 1 newer lady snapped at customers so I asked her if she was OK when it was my turn to cash out. I also saw some of the over flow cups/lids ect it's very, very gross inside the cupboards. The hot & ready foods are left to dry out and sometimes looks gross. It's so busy at this location, we don't understand why they can't just write off the little loss of not sellable food over leaving a few unsold past sellable hot food items out in the case. I was told by a manager when I said something and his response was because they don't want any wasted hot food sales so they leave it empty or crusty. Then offer if for free when it's come up to not being able be sold and do something positive with the food over more food waste????

Never thought I'd be writing a review for a 7/11 in my lifetime but this has been my go to convenience store since birth. I have steadily watched this store become worse and worse the last few years in practically every way and it's just getting lame. Never stock the items that are frequently purchased and take weeks to restock, every batch of cookies is rock hard and stale. Half the time I show up with multiple items in mind I leave empty handed. Are we seriously still learning that we need to stock more of the items we sell more of? Figured as a convenience store you'd have that one figured out by now. Get a grip guys.

Sukhwinder was a horrible cashier tonight, he made us wait forever was not even at the till and once he finally did come he didn’t even say anything to us, no “sorry for the wait” nothing, not a word. He just immediately started scanning the items. I asked for beef and cheese taquitos and he said very rudely “they’re not ready yet” rather than saying “sorry they aren’t quite ready yet can I offer another flavour.” During this whole time he was on a personal phone call with either his friends or family as well and was talking on it on speaker not paying attention to us or the fact there was a line behind us just taking his sweet time on the phone call. I immediately said he was a very rude cashier loud enough so he could hopefully hear me. He needs to learn how to be trained properly in customer service or hire someone better

I enjoy going to the 7-11 in lake country because the staff are friendly. It’s a bonus that it’s open all night, I will keep coming back :)

I'll never being going back to this 711 location again until they can hire someone with some intelligence!? I asked for 10$ on pump 4.. the person said 3? No 4! I go out to the pump and number 4 isn't working... I go back into the store and the cashier said she put it on 3!... I literally said pump 4.. twice! I was so pissed off I just left... congratulations 2 who ever got the free gas! And a big number 1 salute to that cashier!

I ordered DoorDash from here and instead of canceling the order the 7-11 workers replaced everything they didn’t have with random things. My tacitos were supposed to be beef ones, instead I took a bite only to find out I was eating jalapeño. I’m alergic to jalapeño. 😒

Coffee has been steadily going down hill lately in the mornings. I find when the male employees are working in the morning when I stop for gas, the coffee station is a mess and usually out if coffee or old and Luke warm. When the female employees are working I have better luck with fresh hot coffee

This place is terrible. Good selection. But staff is terrible. Cashier at night is usually talking to girls on his phone while he is dealing with you and won’t even talk to you. What a joke
