I am a regular customer at the 7-Eleven in Armstrong, BC, and I have to take a moment to specifically recognize Gord. He is, without a doubt, the reason I keep coming back. Gord consistently provides the excellent customer service every-time I visit the store! Gord is always genuinely friendly, incredibly quick, and efficient, even when the line is out the door. He treats every customer with patience and a massive smile, making even the quickest transaction feel personal and positive. He's a true local face who remembers people's small usual orders or just offers a friendly word that can instantly brighten your day. Keep up the fantastic work, Gord—you're the best!

Went in and asked for a 10 and 10 of wings and wedges and for the wings to be tossed in honey garlic. The chick plopped 10 of each in then after i asked again for the wings to be sauced she dumped what was left of the honey garlic on top of the potatoes which were on top of the wings. I loved the wings from here cuz they are the most flavorful and juiciest 7/11 wings ive ever found. Im very dissatisfied and disappointed in the customer service I received.

Female staff are awesome. Some of the male staff had gotten angry at me for parking by a pump when buying products inside the store. Another time I was yelled at for keeping my car running in -20 weather. No, I wasnt filling up. Yes it was staff that got angry at me.

Armstrong employee KAREN (YES THATS HER NAME) Needs to be retrained on the petro system. Unfortunately had to argue with her on how to apply petro points to the total for fuel and ended up just leaving after her poor attempt at belittling. Which Unfortunately also set me off. I'm definitely not sorry for what I said. But she either needs to be re trained, or fired. Pathetic excuse of a human.

This place is the biggest JOKE!! They will rip you off if you are not paying attention BE CAREFUL.. Check your lotto tickets on the app DO NOT TRUST the cashier. They told me mine were not winners but the one was. And if you pay with cash. Double check what they give you for change.

Another FORMER customer complaint about rude staff and manager at Armstrong store. Complained about clerk not validating lotto ticket when I bought it...I live 15 miles away...when I tried to cash the lotto ticket where I live i was told I had to drive back to armstrong where I bought it as they had not activated it...when I complained at the store about 30 mile round trip drive...the time...the gas..I was told by till clerk and manager that I should be happy. When I said that I actually thought they might have apologized for their mistake and inconvenience caused....the manager very snidely said I apologize you had to go for a drive!!! Still not apologizing for not doing their job to activate the ticket when purchased. Did not take any responsibility at all. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL I will never be a customer again! Judging by all the other negative reviews about this rude condecending staff I am not the only one...obviously they are allowed to treat customers badly!!! Do not paste you're template reply that you added to all the other complaints about this staff and manager. JUST LET ALL THE BAD REVIEWS PILE UP BUT WON'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT THEM UPDATE....of course you respond with the same template response as every other complaint about you're staff....don't worry ALL of the details have been provided to much higher management of 7-11 than you. I am sure you will be hearing from them!!! Maybe try correcting staff behavior instead of watching multiple complaints about staff just keep piling up!!!

The staff all need to be reassessed. I’ve had multiple disappointing experiences at the Armstrong 7-Eleven. The workers often come across as lazy and uninterested in their jobs. It feels like they’re just going through the motions with little effort or care. Customer service is lacking, and you rarely get a greeting or any sense of urgency. It’s frustrating when you’re trying to get in and out quickly, but the staff doesn’t seem to take their roles seriously. Definitely not the level of service you’d expect from a place that’s supposed to be convenient.

They NEVER refill the receipt paper on the gas pumps. Annoying.

New machines now dispense freshly ground individual coffee, latte, cappuccino, etc. (see photo for prices). This location, in particular, usually has a very good selection of baked goods and hot ready to go meal items.

I actually really enjoy coming to this one. For the most part everything is well stocked and kept up with. I will say a huge downside for me and why I only gave 3 stars, is their speaker for the mobile checkout has been broken for months. I …
