     • Observation (INSPECTION DURÉE CORRECTÉE) : Bovins congelés, crus et moulus entreposés dans un congélateur avec des sacs de fruits et de pain prêts à manger. Le boeuf haché cru est contaminé et devrait être entreposé loin des aliments prêts à manger comme le pain congelé.
     • Mesures correctives : Déplacer les protéines brutes vers un congélateur dédié. Seulement avoir prêt à manger des aliments dans la poitrine congélateur.
