      • Corrected during inspection. Please ensure scoop or utensil are stored in a way to prevent direct contact and contamination with food.

      • Please ensure handwashing sink is designated for handwashing purposes only to avoid contamination. Comments Handwashing sinks were equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towel. Glasswasher at the bar measured at 100 ppm chlorine after sanitizing rinse. Sanitizer log was maintained on site. High-temperature dishwasher temperature measured at 71.6°C on plate level after sanitizing rinse. Please follow-up to ensure the temperature gauge is displaying the actual temperature to verify it reaches 182°F/82°C on manifold during sanitizing rinse. Refrigerator temperatures measured at or below 4°C. Freezer temperatures measured at or below -18°C. Hot-holding unit temperature measured at or above 60°C. Temperature log for refrigeration units was available. QUATS surface sanitizer measured at 200 ppm. Operator had valid FOODSAFE certificate. Rodent traps were in place. Weekly pest control service was provided and recent reports were reviewed.
