    We stay at this hotel every year and will continue to do so. It's clean in all of the common areas and in the rooms especially. The rooms have well thought out features and are equipped with so many outlets, a closet, fridge, microwave and plenty of surface area. A good sized desk, dresser, a large bench and wall hooks! Laundry facilities, indoor pool for bad weather days, easily accessible ice & filtered water, and a great breakfast that has something for everyone. All great things when traveling with a family. The entire staff is incredibly helpful and great at what they do. It's obvious they take pride in their work - resulting in an enjoyable and comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

    We recently traveled to Kelowna with our family and had an absolutely amazing time, largely thanks to our stay at the Holiday Inn Express. The hotel is situated in a very convenient location, making it easy to navigate the area, and the property itself is exceptionally clean and well-organized. A major highlight of our trip was the incredible service from every single staff member. The complimentary breakfast options were fantastic, but what truly stood out was the hospitality. While we were eating, the Sales Manager, Katherine, personally stopped by our table to see how we were doing. She even offered us some local coupons to use during our trip, which was such a thoughtful touch and made our Kelowna experience even more enjoyable. Huge kudos to the entire team, and a special thank you to Katherine for going above and beyond. We highly recommend this hotel!

    We had an amazing stay at Holiday Inn Express. Check-in was seamless and Harmen was efficient, professional and very welcoming. The room was extremely clean and excellent value for money. There were three of us staying in the room and the staff made sure we had plenty of towels and everything we needed. Breakfast was also quite good. Myro made check-out quick and easy and was equally professional and efficient. Because of the excellent service from Harmen and Myro, we will definitely be booking another stay next month!

    One of, if not the best hotel in Kelowna. The rooms are really clean and spacious, and the bed is also pretty good. They also have a good veriaty of food for breakfast too. I would definitely recommend this hotel

    Had the pleasure of staying at Holiday Inn Express Kelowna East during the dates of April 30-May 5. Everything from check in to check out was a fabulous experience. The front end staff was welcoming and informative. The first morning of our stay we missed the complimentary breakfast but Mickey saw us leaving and made up a “To Go” bag with yogurt, bananas and muffins, that we could take with us as we headed out. Every day that Mickey was working we were greeted with enthusiasm and friendliness. We felt so welcome and cared for, which was such a special feeling. Other hotels should use Mickey as an example of what true hosts & hostesses should be!! We felt that Mickey was the ️ of the hotel. We also had a fabulous housekeeper for our room, her name was Beth and she always made sure that our room was cleaned and the bathroom amenities were stocked up, upon our return to our room. She always had a smile and was such a gracious lady. The front end staff would make a point to greet us and also to wish us a good day when we went out. We stayed at the hotel during a weekend of sport teams staying there and there was no excessive noise or disruptions. Located in the area of the hotel are two businesses that I highly recommend, the first is a restaurant Bin4. The happy hour specials are amazing, especially their Smashed Burgers for only $9!! The House salad was so good and the fries are great and for dessert we also had the flourless chocolate torte with Coconut whip cream and it was delicious. Make sure you try out this restaurant, steps from the hotel. The other business VN Organic Nails & Spa is simply divine. It is a very clean & bright facility and they offer the most relaxing spa services. You will be pampered by their trained workers who go out of their way to make your experience a 10/10! Again this is only steps from the hotel, you don’t need to drive around in the crazy traffic! All in all this was one of the best overall experiences that I have had with a hotel stay. Please make the IHG Kelowna East a destination in your upcoming travels. You Will Not Regret It!!!
