      • Cover or remove all friable materials. Timeline: within 2 weeks, ASAP Comments A routine inspection was conducted. Action items: * Ensure logs are completed as per the approved plans. Ensure temperature and sanitizer logs are maintained at least daily. * Ensure paper towel is placed in a roll holder. * Ensure the prep cooler is monitored for temperature elevations. A slight elevation is occurring monitor this temperature until it returns to at or below 4°C. * Remove all utensils laid on the wiping cloth. Ensure all utensils are stored on non-absorbent materials. * Ensure a screen is placed in the doorway to prevent the entry of pests. Comments: - Chlorine is available at 100 ppm. Chlorine test strips are available. - A probe thermometer is available. - Overall and organization is satisfactory. - An approved food safety and sanitation plan are in place. - No signs of pests were observed. - The hand wash station was fully stocked with liquid soap and paper towel. - Staff hold a valid certificate in food safety training.
