     • Observed storage of food on the floor after delivery. Food containers were stored on the floor in walk-in refrigerator.
     • Please ensure food is stored at least 15 cm (i.e. 6 inches) off the floor to avoid contamination.

     • Mice droppings observed on the floor near walk-in refrigerator.
     • Remove the droppings. clean and sanitize the area. Do not dry sweep the mice droppings.

     • Screen at back door cannot be closed properly and holes are on the screen.
     • Please repair the back door screen to avoid pest entry. Repair in 30 days. Comments Handwashing sink was supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towel. Back handwashing sink was not in use and no food preparation was done at the back. Surface sanitizer bottle measured at 200 ppm QUATS (ready-to-use formula). Dishwasher sanitizing rinse measured at 100 ppm chlorine. Test strips were available. Cooler temperatures measured at or below 4°C. Freezer temperatures measured at or below -18°C. Temperature log was maintained. Hot-holding unit temperatures measured at or above 60°C. Pest traps were in place. Operator had valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate.
