- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Note: This is a repeated violation.
- No liquid soap or paper towel available by the front handwash station. When staff was asked to bring liquid soap to the front handwash station, he mentioned they did not have any.
- Corrective Action(s): Facility has detergent onsite. Please use the detergent as liquid soap in the meantime and immediately purchase liquid soap for ALL handwashing stations. Operator MUST ensure ALL handwash stations are stocked with liquid soap and paper towel at all time. Please note that the usage of single-use gloves do NOT replace proper handwashing.
- This is a basic food safe requirement and must be strictly adhere to. If this violation is noted again in the future, escalated enforcement actions, including but not limited to Compliance Meeting, Ticketing and Closure Order, may ensue.

- Corrective Action(s): Manager created a sanitizer spray bottle when violation was brought up. Bleach sanitizer spray bottle was created and 200 PPM chlorine residual was detected from this spray bottle.
- Manager and operator must ensure that the facility also has either a sanitizer container or spray bottle prepared and readily available whenever there is food preparation or service.

- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No drain plugs available for the two compartment sink. Staff was unable to locate drain plugs. Staff had bought new drain plugs during the inspection. A sanitizer solution was made in one compartment that registered at 100 ppm chlorine.
- Corrective Action(s): All dishes and utensils that were washed today must be adequately washed, rinsed and sanitized. Staff began the process of washing, rinsing and sanitizing the dishes and utensils.
