      • If unit cannot hold temperatures, contact refrigeration technician.
      • Products stored in unit cannot be used after 4 hours.
      • 2. Contact refrigeration technician to have unit assessed/repaired. Ensure food is protected from condensation/water dripping. Any food in contact with water is to be treated as contaminated product.
