      • Observation(s): Please re-calibrate the wall-mounted sanitizer dispenser located in the vegetable department to ensure mixing of quaternary ammonia to between 200-300ppm (observed test showed above 400ppm). As discussed in previous inspections, an observable organic build-up was still noted on floors throughout the back dry storage/loading area, vegetable department and inside the interior of walk-in storage refrigerators/freezers. Again, please complete a thorough cleaning of floors throughout the back of store where the grey/black organic build-up is observable & going forward, please ensure more thorough and more frequent cleaning of floors throughout Nesters Market. It is understood that a private janitorial company may be providing cleaning services for the affected areas. Please review cleaning procedures and equipment used with any selected janitorial company to ensure that expected levels of sanitation are achieved on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

      • Observation(s): Comme on l'a noté au moment de la dernière inspection, une accumulation organique a été notée sur le plancher dans la zone de stockage arrière entre le département des légumes et le département de la viande (c'est-à-dire la surface du plancher à l'arrière du magasin adjacent aux étagères de stockage). Veuillez déblayer cette zone de stockage arrière et terminer un nettoyage complet du plancher touché d'une manière qui élimine l'accumulation organique et fournit une surface de plancher propre.
    • F2.7 Y a-t-il des stations de lavage des mains disponibles et correctement fournies?
      • Observation(s): Le distributeur de serviettes en papier situé dans la zone de transformation des légumes a été observé vide au moment de l'inspection. Veuillez vous assurer que tous les éviers de lavage des mains de l'installation sont remplis de savon liquide et de serviette en papier en tout temps pendant le fonctionnement. S'il vous plaît renforcer les pratiques de lavage des mains appropriées avec le personnel qui comprend l'utilisation de savon liquide et de serviette de papier.

      • Observation(s): Comme nous l'avons mentionné, veuillez effectuer un nettoyage en profondeur des planchers à l'arrière de l'aire de stockage, de la salle de transformation de la viande et du réfrigérateur à glissière pour éliminer les accumulations organiques observées au moment de l'inspection. Veuillez également afficher les procédures de nettoyage pour le département de la viande et le broyeur de viande.
    • F2.7 Y a-t-il des stations de lavage des mains disponibles et correctement fournies?
      • Observation(s): Observé un chariot devant l'évier de lavage à la main du département de la viande et, l'évier de lavage à la main du département de la viande était occupé par un sac de chiffons entreposé dans le bassin. Veuillez vous assurer que les éviers de lavage des mains de magasin sont entretenus dans un état libre et disponibles en tout temps pendant l'opération pour le lavage des mains de routine par le personnel du service des légumes et de la viande.

There were only 2 young men looking after the whole store, deli, cash, customer service etc. Most people would be flustered, but these 2 men stayed composed, were very friendly, and super efficient. I was very impressed with their service .

    Service a 4 overall I find but the prices are pretty heavy and for a location out of the way for me to come to and try and support today to make sure they get business. I am not that close as am up Dilworth area. Am closer to Freshco. Anyways just a suggestion to have some sales on crackers and chips and etc. Either no sale or just 50 cents off and limited variety.
