I had car trouble today with an almost dead cell phone for communication. Staff here helped me out with a loaner charge cord while I waited for the tow truck. Enjoyed a hot dog and Kombucha while I waited. Great service, friendly staff and happy customers coming and going for over an hour. Nicely done guys!

It was a typical 7/11 . Fairly clean. The guy at the counter was nice . Lots of snacks . Not sure why anyone would give this place a bad review .

Staff very friendly and helpful. Store is very dirty the wash room should be condemed it's that bad. No way anyone would sit on the toilet seat or touch anything.

It's like the staff are being rewarded for doing the worst job possible with extra points for being rude. Please provide a link so I can give more information. The last time I went in dude was yelling at his friend on phone with ear buds in while trying to ignore customers to the best of his abilitie. I mentioned it was rude then he proceeded to argue about it. They are getting paid way to much.

This has to be one of the most disgusting 711s I’ve ever been to. The bathroom looks like it’s not been properly cleaned in months. The floors are absolutely gross and sticky. Multiple products passed due date on the shelf.

Disgusting washrooms. Why in the world would you not scrub the toilet, floor and sink. A good thorough wipe once a day would do wonders. And I was going to purchase some treats for the road after gassing up but the man and woman in the store were having a full on fight. Did not even breath while I was there. Did not understand what was being said as it's in Indian language but you could feel the anger and tension. Another customer walked in and then out in seconds without purchasing anything. When I left the store I tripped on a half eaten burrito wrap. Clean up your space!

I was concerned when I asked for a SpeakOut top-up voucher and the clerk had no clue what that was. But he got a manager to help me, and she understood what I was asking for, so all's well that ends well I suppose.

Always open and convenient for a great selection of snacks and drinks. I love the value and taste of the new organic 7-Eleven branded juices, yes that's right ORGANIC! ... and for about the same price as a regular juice so very good value. Is a little awkward to get in and out of but overall worthwhile for a quick and easy pit stop.

Really gross bathrooms - no soap (container was just ripped off the wall with no replacement), employees don’t refill paper towel or toilet paper, just plopped it on top for you to figure out… dirty sinks, graffiti on garbage that says “f you”, food looked old and overpriced.

Staff always say hi as soon as you walk in. It's nice to be acknowledged. It's almost like free therapy.

When visiting osoyoos, I was appalled at the lack of customer service. Worst 7 11 I have been to yet.

Store staff very helpful and clean and full cooler.

Careful; they'll try to over-charge you at the till.

As a frequent visitor to your store it is becoming more apparent that the customer service is lacking..please improve or I will be forced to to visit other options.
