I was there on September 23, 2019 -- a beautiful, peaceful place to eat delicious home-cooked meals. Decor features some very lovely antique furniture, and the staff seem like family - warm and friendly. Prices are reasonable. After my meal, I wandered around out back to see the old log buildings with neat "old stuff" inside. Definitely worth stopping in!

Friendly, family run Restaurant and Museum with excellent home cooked meals. We had the chicken pot pie, beef dip and blt. The salad was very fresh and the prices were affordable. Would definitely recommend this place to hungry travellers. They will leave feeling well fed and learn a little bit of history from the area at the same time.

Very cute place, delicious cake and friendly owner. We was positively surprised! There are one of the oldest buildings in BC and a little museum and shop.

I still remember one of the best burgers I've had in this place a few years ago. The owners are nice. Too bad I live far away, haven't had the chance to visit Ashcroft since.

Lovely on the outside. Tried to stopped by but it looks like they are closed Sunday.

Some buildings on site are over 100 years old ... Good pies and food...family run business...gift shop on site in one of the original historical buildings...lots of history on this site

After five hour cycling a most refreshing lemonade and 2 portion of a delicious lentilsoup. Thank you Kim for the perfect hosting in this european cosy looking diningroom.

  • Florin Moldovan

It is opened only for organized tours even if the sign outside says "Open 11-5".

Arrived at 3:05pm today and there was a sign on the window saying they were closed at 3pm today after checking the websites and google for times. We were extremely disappointed.
