Billy's Dawg House

Billy's Dawg House is my 249th eatery within Vernon city limits. It is a food truck which I encountered in the library parking lot. It's a rather popular location for food trucks. Service was friendly. I bought a jalapeño popper hot dog for $12 even. They get their bacon from Costco. There was a good number of fix ins offered for free behind the food truck. I liked the flavour. It was a bit messy as I put on a lot of fix ins. Friends and family typically say food trucks in Vernon are overpriced. It's not as infamous as Kamui Curry, but I'll let you judge if $12 for a single hot dog is worth it. I enjoyed it, but I don't think I would actively seek it out again unless I was in a very specific mood. I know people are seeking smokies rather than hot dogs locally. Friendly service during my brief interaction. No 'to go' container was offered but I didn't ask for one either. There was a table set up which is quite rare for the library parking lot. Feel free to give them a try.
