    We’ve had consistently positive experiences purchasing home furnishings, clothing, and household items from Big Box Outlet in Kamloops. I’ve been especially impressed with the quality of the products they carry, including excellent Costco furniture pieces and clothing at great value! The staff are always warm, welcoming, and helpful. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Breanna, the store manager, on several occasions, and she has been incredibly kind, professional, and wonderful to deal with. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for quality items and outstanding customer service.

    I love this store. They get a lot of Costco clothing and have it on sale. My mother and I end up getting a lot of good things from this store. My newest purchase from the big box outlet store is my slippers. I will post a picture.

    The manager, Harman and his staff including Brianna and Cindy are always so helpful. If I need something I check here first and they usually have it at a great price!! I highly recommend Big Box Kamloops!

She was incredibly patient, friendly, and knowledgeable, taking the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and guiding me through all the options without any pressure.     Lord have mercy! This is definitely a good discount store. If I had everything from a pencil up to actual appliances! And pretty good prices as well for the most part. Definitely will come back again soon.
