      • Please repair in order to allow for proper hand hygiene. Comments Hand sink stocked with soap and loose paper towel. Hot and cold running water available. Bottle of sanitizer was too strong, bucket sanitizer was used to test dispenser, the dispenser made 200ppm quats. Discarded bottle sanitizer. All coolers and freezers are in temperature compliance. Food Safe certified staff. No signs of pests.
