      • Backdoor has a clear gap forming on the left side. Light is shining through and can allow for the entry of pest activity.
      • Repair the backdoor to a condition where there's no light shining through and pest entry is prevented. Deadline: July 31, 2026. Comments Routine inspection conducted. Action items: - Contact area EHO once repairs are complete for the backdoor. Deadline: July 31, 2026. Comments: - Overall sanitation and organization of the facility is satisfactory. - All hand sinks equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. - 3-compartment sink equipped with hot/cold running water and 2 sink stoppers. - Front-end surface sanitizer registered at 200ppm quats residuals. Test strips were available onsite. - Ice machine maintained in sanitary condition with no build-up. Scoop was stored in designated container. - Hot holding units registered above 60C: hash browns (82.3C); chili (60.7C); sausage (66.8-81.3C). - Walk-in freezer registered at -23.2C. Walk-in chiller registered 1.6C. - Temperature logs are up to date. Readings are recorded 12x a day via digital and manual monitoring. - Staff onsite with valid FOODSAFE certification. Expiration date: June 6, 2030. - No evidence of pest activity detected during inspection. Facility is contracted with pest control services. - Permit to operate posted in a visible location with a valid decal.
